Commissioned by Flex Rental / RF-Support, I had the privilege of joining a special project in Saint-Tropez: the annual Wajer Yachts Owners Day.
In one of the bays, a unique floating piano concert took place, with the pianist drifting between the yachts on a motorized raft. To broadcast the performance live to all the boats, we set up a dedicated FM broadcast link. The audio signal from the raft was captured using a wireless Shure transmitter system, powered entirely by battery packs on the raft. On board one of the Wajer yachts, we received all the microphone feeds, dialed in the audio mix for the fleet, and supplied monitors to several in-ear receivers.
